I have obtained a variety of institutional certifications at Florida SouthWestern State College, each of which has allowed me to expand the work that I do on behalf of the institution and the broader communities that it serves. This work has taken the form of public-facing resources as well as college training and course developments.
ENC 1101: Composition I . Created 2023. Received institutional approval and currently undergoing Quality Matters (QM) review. This class was developed to be the new standard "master course" for all online sections of ENC 1101 taught at Florida SouthWestern State College.
LIN 1670: Basic English Grammar. Created 2022. Received Quality Matters (QM) “High Quality” course designation, with a score of 99% on the QM assessment rubric.
Kahoot! Online Toolkit. 2021. This resource was built to train faculty on how to effectively use Kahoot! in their courses.
Blooming with Zoom. 2020. I built this college-wide training for FSW in the wake of the pandemic to ensure that professors could teach proficiently over Zoom. I was the sole faculty member working on this program, and it was used throughout the college (and remains in use today).

DEV 101. 2021. This training certifies instructors to design new online courses at Florida SouthWestern State College.
Blooming with Zoom. 2020. This training ensures that instructors are proficient using Zoom as a teaching tool.
FSW Institutional Review Board Certification. 2019. This program reviews ethical practices for acquiring data when research involves interacting with and collecting data from other people.
Growing with Canvas. 2016. This course certifies professors to teach online at Florida SouthWestern State College.
